Transcending the "Solow Paradox" to Ground AI Economics: Dr. Allen Appears at the 2026 INCLUSION Conference on the Bund

On September 9, 2026, the 2026 INCLUSION Conference on the Bund commenced in Shanghai under the central theme of the "AI New Economy." As a pivotal driver reshaping global economic and social structures, artificial intelligence stands at a critical juncture transitioning from technological euphoria to industrial deployment.
Hyperforge Executive Director Dr. Allen attended the premier gathering as a VIP guest, prominently participating in the Insight Forum on "New Paradigms of AI Economic Growth and Social Value Reconstruction," co-hosted by the Institute of Digital Finance at Peking University and the Ant Group Research Institute, engaging with leading domestic and international economists to explore the evolving coordinates of technology and capital.

Addressing Macro Scrutiny: Dispelling the "Ambiguity" of AI Investment Returns

In the current capital landscape, whether massive capital expenditures in AI can translate into sustained productivity growth remains a sword of Damocles hanging over the industry.
Dr. Allen argued that the only way to resolve this return-on-investment ambiguity is to equip AI with tangible limbs and capillaries to engage the physical world. Hyperforge’s steadfast Physical AI strategy—uniting hardware and software—leverages its RK3588 edge computing platform and 3D spatial computing to ground cloud-tethered foundation models into autonomous heavy-duty forklifts on textile shop floors and digital employees within state-owned enterprises. Every fraction of labor cost and operational energy saved in the physical world stands as unequivocal proof of AI's substantive economic value.

Navigating Global Regulations: Compliance and Ecosystem Discipline in International Expansion

As technological dividends diffuse, the rules of commercial competition in the AI era are being rewritten. AI is inherently a "born-global" innovation; enterprises must institute comprehensive global compliance architectures from their inception, weaving international markets and cross-border regulatory standards directly into product engineering and commercial models.
This thesis mirrors Hyperforge’s global ecosystem roadmap. Whether navigating stringent market entry criteria across complex geopolitical terrains such as Latin America, or embedding hands-on AI and robotics training modules through the Sino-Singapore Youth Interns Exchange Scheme (YES), Hyperforge consistently prioritizes institutional compliance and cross-border ecosystem building. By exporting hardware standards globally, Hyperforge constructs a formidable institutional moat for sustained international expansion.

From Cost Reduction to Value Creation: Rebuilding a Real Commercial Closed Loop

This operational trajectory was underscored across the exhibition halls of the INCLUSION Conference: over 40 embodied AI and robotics manufacturers showcased deployments, demonstrating robots executing critical operational tasks in retail pharmacies, advanced manufacturing facilities, and hazardous environments, while AI permeates small-and-medium businesses as an accessible utility.
Hyperforge firmly maintains that the next phase of the AI new economy cannot stall at incremental efficiency gains within existing markets; it must advance toward net-new value creation—generating novel supply and unlocking latent demand. By driving edge computing costs down to an accessible threshold and turning once-unscalable automation into ubiquitous physical infrastructure, Hyperforge is unlocking a definitive, commercialized multi-billion-dollar blue ocean.
Amid the rapid acceleration of the AI era, Hyperforge will continue to serve as a foundational architect of autonomous industrial systems. Piercing through market noise and algorithmic abstraction, Hyperforge anchors the resilient bedrock of the new economy through Physical AI.

Moving Beyond Speculative Hype to Go Long on Pragmatism: Hyperforge Appears at Huachuang Securities Strategy Conference, Anchoring a New Capital Thesis with Physical AI

In the second half of 2026, the global technology capital market is undergoing a profound structural logic shift—transitioning from blind faith in general foundation model compute toward pragmatic validation of edge deployment and commercial monetization.
From August 26 to 28, the 2026 Huachuang Securities Autumn Strategy Conference, themed "Forging Ahead Mid-Course: Anchoring Fundamentals while Executing Breakthroughs," was held at the Kerry Hotel Beijing. Hyperforge Executive Director Dr. Allen attended this premier financial and technological gathering by invitation, engaging in deep closed-door discussions with leading domestic think-tank scholars, economists, and hard-tech investors to dissect the next commercial inflection point of artificial intelligence.

Directly Addressing Macro Pain Points: From Income Distribution to Labor Restructuring

The ultimate culmination of AI lies not merely in raw compute, but in real-world economics. At the conference, Professor Cai Fang of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences delivered a keynote on How AI Impacts Employment, Income Distribution, and Policy Considerations. This macroeconomic focus aligns seamlessly with Hyperforge’s industrial entry point.
In dialogues with economists and institutional investors, Dr. Allen offered an incisive commercial insight: capital markets need not overreact to AI's disruption of traditional white-collar labor, but should instead recognize that across the macroeconomic cycles of population aging and manufacturing reshoring, the physical world faces acute, structural labor shortages.
Hyperforge’s strategic deployment of Physical AI—the convergence of integrated hardware and software—represents the optimal resolution to this macro bottleneck. Rather than code confined to digital screens, Hyperforge delivers autonomous forklifts and enterprise digital employees powered by the RK3588 edge computing platform. These systems seamlessly absorb labor-intensive, high-repetition physical and data workflows, fundamentally reconfiguring factor productivity and cost structures across enterprise operations.

Dismantling Valuation Anxiety: The Absolute Moat of Integrated Hardware and Software

In the current capital environment, purely software-based AI applications devoid of physical moats face severe risks of commoditization and disruption. This structural vulnerability explains why institutional investors in this cycle remain conceptually bullish on the AI sector yet hesitant to deploy capital aggressively.
Addressing top-tier think tanks and financial institutions, Dr. Allen unpacked Hyperforge’s technological moat in detail. The company’s core barrier to entry lies in the deep architectural coupling of voxel-based 3D spatial computing, cutting-edge foundation models, and concrete industrial-grade hardware—such as edge compute boxes and mobile robotic chassis.
This delivery model of "algorithms + hardware + bespoke engineering" creates exceptionally high switching costs for customers. Once embedded in a client's production line or cross-border operational workflows, Hyperforge's systems transform into indispensable operational infrastructure. For investors, this translates into durable customer retention, recurring demand, and predictable, high-quality cash flows.

Anchored in a Global Narrative: Cross-Border Tailwinds and Ecosystem Expansion

The valuation ceiling of hard-tech assets hinges upon the scalability of their commercial architecture. During investment and partnership sessions at the conference, Dr. Allen articulated Hyperforge’s broader global thesis to the capital market.
Operating from Singapore as an indispensable cross-border financial and regulatory nexus, Hyperforge is engineering a closed-loop platform spanning technological R&D, precision manufacturing, and global delivery. Whether deploying edge computing to power autonomous logistics within domestic manufacturing or exporting hardware and software standards globally via the Youth Interns Exchange Scheme (YES), Hyperforge leverages low marginal costs to tap into multi-billion-dollar industrial upgrade tailwinds across Pan-Asia.
This aligns squarely with the conference theme: "Forging Ahead Mid-Course: Anchoring Fundamentals while Executing Breakthroughs." Mid-course in the AI race, Hyperforge’s fundamental anchor lies in its disciplined commitment to advanced manufacturing and foundational edge compute; its breakthrough execution stems from capitalizing on cross-border technological and capital advantages to reshape the global hardware ecosystem. As market froth subsides, Physical AI—deeply rooted in industrial reality and generating positive operational cash flow—will emerge as the defining thesis of the next technology super-cycle.

Moving Beyond "Superficial Sightseeing": How Edge Computing Reconstructs Educational Infrastructure as Hyperforge Showcases RK3588 at the National Study Tour Board

Against the dual backdrop of demographic shifts and macroeconomic transition, traditional "sightseeing-style" cultural tourism and study tours are confronting sluggish growth and escalating operational expenditures. As study tours evolve toward science and technology innovation education, where will the industry uncover fresh momentum for total factor productivity (TFP) growth?
On August 17–19, 2026, the 10th Study Tour Board Closed-Door Forum was convened in Libo County, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Hyperforge Executive Director Dr. Allen and his delegation attended by invitation, delivering a keynote address titled "How Study Tour Enterprises Can Leverage AI to Drive Efficiency" to founders of leading national study tour organizations and cultural tourism directors, presenting an engineering-grounded, foundational solution for an industry ripe for transformation.

Macro Breakthrough: Reconstructing the Foundational Logic of Study Tour Ecosystems via Compute

Addressing the forum, Dr. Allen dismantled the pseudo-demand pitfalls plaguing contemporary AI education. He emphasized that genuine AI empowerment is never about simply appending a "science museum visit" to a travel itinerary; rather, it demands deploying artificial intelligence as a foundational productive force to reconstitute the closed-loop transfer of knowledge and experiential engagement.
Drawing upon modern extensions of the Solow Growth Model, Dr. Allen unpacked the capital and labor dynamics of the AI era for attending cultural tourism and educational executives: AI abstracts and scales knowledge, tacit experience, and procedural workflows, accelerating technological diffusion while maximizing output per unit of input. For study tour enterprises, those who first operationalize AI models and edge hardware into standardized curricula and services will seize pricing power in the subsequent market cycle.

Penetrating Procurement Pain Points: The Engineered Precision of the RK3588 Practical Training Kit

Bringing conceptual frameworks to fruition requires pragmatic physical substrates. The centerpiece of the conference was Hyperforge’s showcase of its proprietary RK3588 educational practical training development kit alongside lightweight model deployment toolkits.
Targeting the pervasive pain points confronting primary, secondary, and study tour bases—rapid hardware obsolescence, high maintenance expenses, and restricted budgets—Hyperforge demonstrated keen B2B commercial acumen. The kit features a modular, stacked architecture separating the core system-on-module (SoM) from the carrier board. Consequently, when underlying technologies evolve or physical interfaces suffer damage, educational institutions need only replace modular subcomponents rather than retire whole units, fundamentally crushing the prohibitive total cost of ownership (TCO) typical of conventional educational equipment.
In terms of hands-on capability, this compute mainboard—integrating an octa-core CPU and a dedicated NPU—autonomously executes intensive computational workloads, edge AI inference, and real-time video processing. Furthermore, via abundant GPIO expansion interfaces, students can interface peripherals such as temperature and humidity sensors to ingest real-world data and train models locally. Hyperforge has successfully transformed AI from an abstract cloud concept into tangible, tactile, and deployable hardware in the hands of students.

Accelerating Commercial Execution: Scaled Rollout of Integrated Hardware-Software Pipelines

The mission to Libo represents the resolute execution of the strategic consensus established between Hyperforge and the Study Tour Association in July 2026. Spanning from solution architecture to physical hardware delivery, Hyperforge is rapidly scaling the integration of AI curricula and edge devices across cultural tourism and study tour venues.
Hyperforge delivers far more than a standalone circuit board; it provides a comprehensive digital infrastructure that empowers youth. By bridging study tours and cultural tourism industries, Hyperforge leverages Physical AI—the convergence of integrated hardware and software—to capture the compute gateway for next-generation AI talent at remarkably low customer acquisition costs and exceptional retention. From autonomous logistics on factory floors to hands-on training terminals on student desks, Hyperforge's commercial blueprint to reshape the physical world with edge compute is unfolding at full scale.

Across the bridge constructed by the YES initiative, youth from both countries will step into operational factory floors and R&D facilities, gaining firsthand immersion in respective business and social cultures while cultivating vital cross-border relationships. Technological innovation cannot remain confined to codebases and blueprints; it demands pragmatists who can solve mission-critical problems within the nuanced, complex physical world.
Looking ahead, Hyperforge will continue translating tier-one industrial resources into educational momentum. Using technology as a connective tissue that transcends cultural and geopolitical borders, Hyperforge will channel an enduring pipeline of "super-engineers"—innately fluent in Physical AI—into the intelligent transformation and global deployment of international manufacturing.

Rejecting Cloud Myths, Confronting Factory-Floor Bottlenecks: How Hyperforge Disrupts Textile Logistics Automation via Custom Engineering and Edge Intelligence

While internet tech companies hype "cloud brains" and general foundation models, manufacturing plant managers grapple with moving hundreds of tons of material across shop floors every day. In heavy manufacturing, persistent labor shortages, slow turnover cycles, and escalating operating costs represent the true structural challenges weighing on corporate balance sheets.
On August 11–12, 2026, Hyperforge CEO Porter led an on-site delegation to Wenzhou Luteng Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. Amid the hum of operational textile machinery, the team surveyed shop-floor bottlenecks surrounding loom discharge and fabric roll transport, presenting the client with a transformative, end-to-end unmanned logistics solution tailored for industrial production.

The Core Logic of Custom Engineering: Adapting Robotics to the Line, Not the Line to Robotics

In the textile sector, transporting heavy fabric rolls has long remained an arduous operational challenge. Conventional off-the-shelf AGVs frequently fail to interface smoothly with heterogeneous loom architectures, while retrofitting entire production lines to accommodate automated hardware imposes prohibitive capital expenditures.
On the factory floor at Luteng Textile, Porter’s team zeroed in on this operational friction, leveraging custom engineering as a decisive differentiator. Addressing the physical mechanics of loom discharge points, Hyperforge custom-engineered a "submersible V-groove flatbed AGV." Utilizing an integrated recessed V-shaped cradle design, the autonomous vehicle navigates beneath the loom machinery to achieve seamless coordination: fabric roll descent, four-groove reception, and automated transport.
This custom engineering capability—compelling robotics to adapt flexibly to existing production lines—epitomizes Hyperforge’s Physical AI strategy. Rather than peddling standardized, rigid hardware, Hyperforge leverages advanced 3D spatial design and proprietary algorithmic controls to tailor physical execution bodies for distinct industrial workflows.

Edge Fleet Dispatch: Moving from "Isolated Handling" to "Global Optimization"

Within Luteng Textile’s deployment architecture, submersible V-groove flatbeds handling heavy rolls operate alongside 3D SLAM autonomous forklifts tasked with secondary roll distribution. When heterogeneous robotic form-factors executing varied tasks traverse the same industrial floor, mitigating congestion while maximizing operational throughput becomes paramount.
Hyperforge addresses this through an "edge-autonomous, cloud-orchestrated" paradigm. Powered by on-chassis edge compute, each autonomous vehicle achieves precise localization and obstacle avoidance within dynamic shop-floor environments. Concurrently, centralized cloud fleet dispatch weaves these units into a responsive, dynamic logistics mesh. This architecture eliminates the inefficiencies and labor expenditures inherent in heavy textile haulage, tightly synchronizing logistics rhythms with core manufacturing tempos.

Empowering Manufacturing with Intelligent Automation: A Resilient Solution Across Economic Cycles

During the visit, Hyperforge and Luteng Textile solidified a mutual consensus on deploying phase-one prototypes and executing real-time production line synchronization. This milestone marks the swift transition of Hyperforge’s unmanned logistics solutions from technological validation to scaled commercial delivery.
Confronted by the twin headwinds of shifting demographic dividends and rising operational overhead, intelligent transformation has become an imperative for traditional manufacturing. Hyperforge remains convinced that genuine AI transformation must take root in the soil of the factory floor. Anchored by Physical AI, industry-attuned custom engineering, and high-performance edge compute, Hyperforge delivers robust solutions for sustainable cost reduction and efficiency gains, steering industrial enterprises steadily across macro cycles.

Moving AIGC from "Cloud" to "Desk": Hyperforge Partners with Broadcasting Leaders to Pioneer the Enterprise "Digital Employee" Paradigm

In the era of foundational models, commercial competition is shifting from the algorithmic race of the "war of a hundred models" toward engineered delivery across real-world operational scenarios. For central and state-owned enterprises (SOEs) possessing vast video archives and high-frequency administrative workflows, translating costly cloud compute into controllable, cost-efficient local productivity has emerged as a paramount challenge in digital transformation.
On August 9, 2026, a Hyperforge delegation led by Executive Directors Glen and Dr. Allen, alongside Dr. Peng and Dr. Fan, visited Guangzhou for in-depth commercial research and partnership discussions with Guangdong Television (GDTV) and CCTV New Media Interconnect (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting focused directly on the scalable deployment of AIGC video production pipelines and enterprise AI Agents.

Restructuring Content Productivity: Edge Deployment of Multimodal AIGC

As a strategic front in the transition from traditional broadcasting to omnichannel media, GDTV maintains a massive audiovisual archive, yet faces substantial labor costs associated with asset retrieval, secondary editing, and multi-channel distribution.
During the roundtable session, the Hyperforge team and AIGC technical experts from CCTV New Media Interconnect collaboratively analyzed existing AI video production workflows. Dr. Allen highlighted Hyperforge’s latest commercial initiatives in deploying multimodal foundation models at the edge—utilizing proprietary Edge AI Boxes equipped with custom control algorithms to offload complex cloud-based video rendering and generative tasks to local enterprise nodes.
This "edge-cloud collaborative" architecture significantly curtails bandwidth expenditure and transmission latency for video streaming while safeguarding the security and regulatory compliance of proprietary digital assets as media organizations leverage generative workflows.

The Commercial Evolution of Compute Boxes: From "Tools" to "Digital Employees"

If edge compute serves as the foundational substrate, AI Agents represent the true force multiplier capable of empowering state-owned enterprises.
During the discussions, both parties closely reviewed a recent benchmark deployment of "Digital Employees" within Sinopec. In this flagship project supported by Hyperforge’s foundational technology, the "Digital Employee" transcends the limits of a rudimentary conversational bot; instead, it is deeply embedded into Sinopec’s internal OA and ERP systems, autonomously executing cross-system data reconciliation, intelligent risk alerts, and automated travel authorization for global projects—such as complex workflow automation for an equipment commissioning project in Zimbabwe.
This reflects the core essence of Hyperforge’s Physical AI strategy: encapsulating foundation model capabilities into standardized edge hardware, empowered by AI Agents to execute multi-step tasks. For enterprise clients, the purchase is no longer an abstract set of compute specifications, but round-the-clock, scalably replicable "digital personnel".
Whether restructuring multimodal video pipelines for broadcasting institutions or enabling closed-loop administrative automation for Sinopec, Hyperforge is bridging the "last mile" of AIGC adoption through pragmatic engineering capabilities. We firmly believe that only when intelligence is rooted in physical edge nodes will the commercial value of compute achieve exponential breakthrough.
