    1. All participants must register through the official platform. Each team has 2 members, with a limit of 600 teams and 1200 individuals. Participants must provide real and valid information. Any fraud or false information will lead to disqualification.

    2. All works must be original and comply with laws and regulations. Teams must follow the schedule, check in on time, and respect judges’ decisions.

    3. Plagiarism, cheating, and rule-breaking are strictly prohibited. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the competition and interpret these rules.
